Everything you need to know about our shipping methods
During special events such as HotSale and CyberMonday processing, shipping and delivery times may be delayed. Until these events have finished, no changes or re-shipments will be managed. All shipments are made through Correo Andreani. You can select between home delivery or pick up at the Andreani Post office.
You can either choose to receive your order in a specific address or in a post office (Click here to see which post offices are available)
Who receives the order in a specific address must be over 18 years old.
Home delivery: 200 ARG
Andreani Post Office: The person who receives the order must present an ID and the charge is 150 ARG.
Once your order is confirmed your package will be shipped, the estimated shipping times are:
· Home delivery: 4 to 6 working days.
· Andreani Post Office: 3 to 5 working days.
SóThis option is exclusive for users in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
This option is exclusive for users in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires. Time: If your order is confirmed before 15hs, it would be delivered the same day. In case it is confirmed after 15hs, it will be delivered the next working day.
Anyone who is 18+ can receive the order.
Charges: 250 ARG
Your order will be delivered between 9hs and 18hs from monday to fridays excluding holidays. Saturdays between 9hs and 13hs.
¿CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN A JT STORE?
Yes, you have the option to come to one of our stores 48 hours after your transaction was approved:
Humboldt 291, Villa Crespo, City of Buenos Aires
Posadas 1317, PB A, Recoleta, City of Buenos Aires
Monday to Saturday from 11hs to 19hs.
Every order sent to a specific address has two stages. If there’s no one to receive it the first time the will leave a notification and try again one more time.
If they can’t find anyone on the second visit, the order will be sent to the mail office nearest to your location. It will remain there for 7 days for the person to look for it. After this period or in case you provided the wrong address, the order will return to JT. In this case you must communicate with us so that we can arrange a new shipping, which charges are paid by the client.
If it’s an Express Shipping and there’s no one to receive it or the address/hour the client provided was wrong it will come back to JT offices and we will have to arrange a new shipping, which charges are paid by the client.

You will receive an email with the tracking number from Andreani which allows you to see where your order is (This information is provided by Andreani). To access this information you can go to https://seguimiento.andreani.com/
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER??
You have until your order is shipped to cancel your order. You must take into account that if you already paid, the refund can take some days and it depends on the paying method. If your order was already shipped it is considered as a return and it can only take place after 7 working days.
